Professional and friendly. Colliers has taken care of our WATER FURNACE from the day one of installation and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. We also used them on service and repair calls prior to our Water Furnace.
I have used Collier's for years. The maintenance crews are always professional and do a good job. The install team for my new unit were also very polished. I must admit, the man in charge (Doug Gosnell) is difficult to get a hold of. He was sick for a week, but I had reached out several times before that and only received one text back once my down payment was given. I know he's busy, but when a man writes a check for the price of a new car it should at least get him a call back when his unit is pushing 3 weeks past what was originally quoted. Do I like Doug? Absolutely. Would I use Collier's again? No doubt, but just know that Doug may tell you to call him if you have any questions, but a return call may not happen. Water Furnace may be to blame, but as the customer I would still like a call back.

Troy & team did an awesome job of removing our 25 yr old geothermal and installing the new WaterFurnace Series 5 (454B) 5-ton unit.
They were timely, courteous,, knowledgeable & very professional. They completely reworked the upflow which wasn't originally sheetmetal, reworked the return air setup that wasn't originally sheetmetal either and reinstalled our Aprilaire in the correct location.
The new unit has much stronger air flows. Which caused a return air grill to vibrate, they applied some pliable material on the inside to quickly resolve the issue. They also installed some rubber pads on waterline to eliminate a reverb sound.
Before they left with set the temp to 71° & I haven't changed it once. I'm impressed, even with some nights in the single digits, the unit has only ran on stage 1.
Haven't seen the first electric bill yet, but am hoping running in Stage 1 only is saving us some big $$$.

Have used them twice yearly for ten plus years. Friendly and efficient service men and office staff. However I do have a couple frustrations: (1) I always have to call for PM visits even though we usually pay in advance. (2) I just had my latest PM visit where I was told everything looked "good" on the furnace. Just a few days after that my furnace motor failed due to bad bearings. I received fast service to replace it, which included another $99 service call on top of the PM call plus several hundred dollars for the motor.
