We have used Colliers for many years. They installed our Geothermal and have serviced since. It's nice that the same friendly face comes almost every year. They do a great job and are very easy to work with!
Collier's front office personnel were always helpful and pleasant to work with. The technical support, personnel Trey, Alex, Mason and their boss Scott, were very good at their tasks at hand as they installed my new geothermal furnace. Wonderful experience working with them. I give them 5 stars!!!
Wow, what a class act this company is!! The install guys were right on time and did an excellent job of installing a new Lennox Mini Split unit. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They took no shortcuts and cleaned up every little bit of scrap and waste. They took time at the end to walk me through the operation of my unit and explain the use of the remote. I am so happy with the quality of the equipment and the installation. I also have a Geothermal system that Collier's services twice a year and have been very pleased with that service as well. I recommend Collier's very highly!!
Great job helping my family out when it was 90 degrees and our AC went out. They truly cared about us and made us a priority!
Collier's Service is always quick to arrive, friendly to deal with, and thorough in diagnosing and correcting our problems. Our system experienced an electronic glitch that blew a control board and shut our air down during a hot spell. They came within an hour of calling them, fixed the problem and we were back up and cooling. Great service!
We could not be happier with our new furnace/ac. This is a wonderful company, I recommend them to anyone.
As usual, the service technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The individual who scheduled the appointment was polite and professional.
