Our geothermal stopped working. After an initial assessment by my electrician relative, I called Collier's and they sent a technician promptly. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Collier's installed our closed-loop geothermal system (Water Furnace) in 2007, including water heater interconnect. It was a big investment that has continued to pay off. We have had some intermittent problems but everything has been addressed. Their advice has been proven to be correct several times. We are on the annual maintenance program, it helps that the company is familiar with us, our home and our system. When we needed a replacement air filter following dusty remodeling (Healthy Climate replaced annually), they were out quickly and it was covered my the annual maintenance agreement. This is a good company.
