From the top down these guys are absolutely the best. Our a/c went out just a few days before the blistering heat hit. Had a guy come out that evening at 9pm to diagnose the issue, unfortunately we needed a new unit, and also decided to upgrade the furnace. Communication and response time across the board is far superior than any experience we've had in the past. With only a couple days before the major heat wave, these guys found a way to get everything installed. Delivery on quality, customer service, and value, is why we will continue to use them, and you should too. You won't be disappointed, thank you to the entire Colliers team!
Normal Geo semi annual svc was performed perfectly by Ryan. During his visit I learned about a protective system against water damage in the house (which could be caused by water line leaks/ruptures at appliances). This new system/technology is perfect for protecting the house from extensive internal water damage … especially if the homeowner is away for an extended period of time. We now have the Resideo system installed. Thanks Ryan and Colliers.
You have helped us today greatly by your prompt service we received. We especially appreciate the way in which Joey found he problem with our air-conditioner and with both Joey and Jody's help to fix it. We are very satisfied with the price charged for the service. Always have them do maintenance on are HVAC. Always done right as we winter in Florida it's just one less thing we have to worry about.
Our geothermal cooling system went out at 9 pm on a Friday, 90 degree evening . We called thinking that we would be sweating at least one night and maybe all weekend. WRONG!!! Joey came in a very timely manner and was friendly, professional, and thorough. About 90 minutes later, all repairs and replacements were made plus a new thermostat. He even stayed several minutes longer to be sure it was working correctly. Collier should keep Joey and give him a great raise. HE IS A WINNER!!!????????????
