Collier's installed our closed-loop geothermal system (Water Furnace) in 2007, including water heater interconnect. It was a big investment that has continued to pay off. We have had some intermittent problems but everything has been addressed. Their advice has been proven to be correct several times. We are on the annual maintenance program, it helps that the company is familiar with us, our home and our system. When we needed a replacement air filter following dusty remodeling (Healthy Climate replaced annually), they were out quickly and it was covered my the annual maintenance agreement. This is a good company.
As always, Colliers personnel arrives on time and promptly addresses any issue we may have with our HVAC system.
Collier's installed our geothermal furnace when the house was built in 2004. We have always had great service over the years. The guys who installed the new ones were great. We would definitely recommend Collier's to others.
Awesome customer service done by people you can tell genuinely care. I had a self inflicted issue and they still cared about my problem. Eager to work for me and are doing everything possible to expedite my special circumstance. I have used them in the past and will continue to as well. Friendly people and staff which is becoming a rarity these days. Nice job Scott, Renee, Kelsey, and others for an all hands on deck effort for my one one in a million problem. Thank you so much.
