Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. They explain what is wrong and what needs to happen in detail.
Lead times to complete repairs can be long.
They were out that day to check why our furnace wasn't working. Diagnosed and ordered parts. Dropped off space heaters that were amazing (kept our house very warm) and had us fixed within a couple days. Very fast fix when they had the part in hand (took a business day to order). We were first on the list to get the heat up and running after they got the part.
Collier's does a great job of maintaining our geothermal heating and cooling system. Fair prices and great service!
The technicians sent to maintain our heating/cooling system have been very well trained. They have answered many questions on many items to do with the system. We are comfortable having them work on our system.

We've been using Collier's for over 10 years, find they are very trustworthy and have no reason to change companies. Paul has always been informative and does quality work. This time we had Andrew, and he was so nice too...finished the job with care. Both employees also take the time to answer any questions...summer of 2022.
Met Nate for the first time this week, January of 2023. He too was efficient and friendly...completed the maintenance and answered any question I had. Will continue to use Collier's again this year for heating and AC.
I cannot begin to say enough good things about Collier's. They have installed, and serviced, my HVAC equipment for over 30 years and I have never considered calling anyone else. They are professional, courteous, prompt and fair.
